Educational and Student Exchange Trip to Singapore

Dear Parents,

To make school life truly international for our students is one of the many goals that was set for this academic year of 2012-13 by the school. In order to expose our students to different cultures, traditions and students of other countries, the school has organized an educational and student exchange tour to Singapore. The tour promises to be a blend of art and science, where students will understand more about life, wildlife, and the environment of Singapore.

The educational tour to Singapore is for the students of Class 5, 6, 7 and 8 from February 25 to March 1, 2013.  Parents and students are invited for a meeting at school on 6^th December 2012 at 1:00 p.m. with the Tour Operator.  Kindly fill up the Enrollment Form and the Indemnity letter and send it through your ward by 16th December 2012.

Adventure Education Tours will be conducting the trip. The details of the trip and the itinerary are attached.

·       1 Visa application form duly filled and signed

·       2 Photos with white background and full face visible and matt finish – Size : 35mm X 45mm

·       Both parents NOC letter 

·       Original Passport with 6 months validity from the return date and should have 2 blank pages

The payment can be done in two installments

1^st Installment – Rs 40,000 by 16^th December 2012

2^nd Installment  – Rs 29,000 by 10^th January 2013
